Some say Clamp is running out of ideas for new character designs, which is why we see recurring characters from other series in Tsubasa Chronicles. Personally, I like the guest appearances, bringing back fond memories.

The art is really good, as expected from CLAMP. However, the series can definitely feel like it 'drags' from time to time. Considering that each Tokyo Revelations OVA covers an entire volume of the manga, the somewhat slow pace is sure to turn away plenty of readers.

So far, I'm liking the series. I'm only in volume 15 but what I read so far has been enjoyable. What I really love about Tsubasa is the crossover thing with xxxHolic.

But they did create the characters from Code Geass, CLAMP just likes to use characters because they like the feeling of nostalgia the character brings with it.

It's getting mad confusing, but definitely worth reading... I need to download 30 something odd chapters.

Chapter 202, released!

It's apparently done at chapter 232.

While I kinda skipped a good 10 volumes worth, which may have fucked up my perception of the ending, I thought the ending by itself was weak. Maybe I do need to read the rest of TRC from chapter 140 to the end... but it doesn't change the fact that this was a confusing series.

I seriously don't understand the end... it was soooo sudden that i was like "WTF mate?"

BTW they should Add lelouch or CC to new clamp works... we already know that Shaoran is going to appear in everyone of them

For the 2434235th time. Clamp only designed the characters. They didnt create them. Lelouch is not clamp's character, and neithers its C.C (or Suzaku, thought he does share Shaoran's looks. Still, Shaoran was never that stupid so they are not the same)

About the ending... Yea, Im still a bit O.o;
To be honest, the last handful of chapter were... not as good, to say the least.

I think Clamp lost it in the end, which is really a shame.

Still, I can wholeheartedly say the manga is exceptional, and recommend it to anyone. The journey was great, even if the ending was a bit nondescript.

The ending was weak, and I did get the feeling that it was rushed.

Fuck, it makes me want to see some Sakura x Syaoran TRC doujins NAO because the ending was such a dumb cliffhanger.

I havent seen (m)any TRC doujinshi now that you mention it...

@Maxiart: like, next to nothing, no. I'm going to search for some after I finish browsing the forums, and I'll post the links here if I find any.

I mean, the plot was intricate, as expected of CLAMP, but at some point beyond the 140th chapter (where I stopped conincidently), the plot was getting too complicated and got really convoluted. You could say that I lost interest in the series at that point. Then I picked it up around the 210-20th chapter and read on at trusty Onemanga.com, and the ending just threw me for a loop.

I feel like punching Fei Wong Reed, even if he wasn't the cause of the time-space loop.

Hopefully they'll make a second season(?) for the manga just like how it was for CardCaptor. Nevetheless I enjoyed Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles from start to finish.

Now if they do make a second season(is it called seasons for mangas?) I hope they get permission and get to CG world. After all they did do the designs for them.

And I have a feeling they ended it that way since they dont want to get things any more confusing or end up like X/1999, in which case was stopped.

I would rather just some extra chapter to clarify the ending, and get them to continue one of their other mangas, like X/1999 which is awesome.

And about Watanuki, hold your horses for Xxxholic.

Epilouge came out. Now that was a better ending than the previous one..... I truthfully liked the whole story. I would love it too if there was a continuation or at least special chapters of "Syaoran", Kuro, and Fai during their journeys.

Wow, one of my oldest manga series had ended, its pretty sweet in the end, ut frankly confusing throughout the whole series.

I dont even get the whole plot half the time, this is my father this, this is my clone that, this is my alternative universe form such and such. Though reading this kinda brings back memories of Cardcaptors from my childhood.
