The first Lockon Stratos, but personally, I prefer Personal Trooper pilots. So many awesome ones.
As you can see, Lockon Stratos has the same capacity for awesomeness as Ryuusei Date.

Other than Ryuusei Date+SRX team, there's Excellen Browning, Kyousuke Nanbu, Rastel(Char clone of SRW), Sanger Zonvolt and Kai Kitamura... And Touma, you can't forget Touma.

Kai Kitamura, Gespensts are basically the Zakus of SRW. Yet in his hands they are stronger than Super Robots.

Kira Yamato or Heero Yuy.
Kira enters a fight, and every suit in the area suddenly loses its weapons and visual systems, boom, fight ends cause no one can fight anymore.
Heero just blows everything up, but he takes a minor hit to me cause he's too willing to kill himself.

I would say Bernie Wiseman comrades. He was the only Zaku pilot to take out a Gundam. Also, Comrade Aznable is the other choice I would pick.

Putting main protaganist pilots aside, I thought Neil Dylandy was pretty cool, heading to the battlefield with his sniping eye gone and still kicked some ass.

How come nobody did Athrun Zala, he got a lot of luck. When he self-detonated Aegis Gundam, he happened to be found by Cagalli and was nearly shot by her but she didn't and even gave him a protection charm. Later on in the series, he got shot by his father and still lived thanks to that charm.

Naw, Kira is.
Kira is a fucking badass who only shoots the limbs or head or thruster or any other non-fatal parts of his enemies' mobile suit.
Not to mention taking down 25 mobile suits and 3 Nazca-class battleships in 2 minutes, without actually killing anyone.

A. Hes one one of 2 pilots that managed to control the Zero System
B. He Owns the Wing Zero that can pretty much predict the future
C. He doesnt pull of magical escapes like Kira(Self destruct Aegis, and not to mention Nuke Core Destruction Freedom) Heero actually takes damage when he freaking does something wrong.
D. If youve read the mangas youd know how Epic his childhood was.
E. Can wipe out a Colony with his MS if he feels like it.
F. Hes not a copy of any other Gundam Pilot(Personality wise), besides the chara design thats all.

By simply shooting the engine and all of its weapon.
Rendering them completely immobilized.
