Topic says it all. What anime do you think is the most overrated above all the rest?
I've provided some choices in the poll, mainly those that are considered the most overrated. However, I have provided an "other" option if you have an idea of a more overrated series. In addition, please tell us WHICH series you think instead of just voting...Especially if you chose "Other"
I would probably say Naruto because the series, in some fanboy/girl's eyes, is more popular than God...
I wouldn't label it as a BAD series, but for God's sake (no pun intended) they're basically beating the series like a dead horse. ESPECIALLY with the giant freaking load of crappy fillers that completely took up HALF OF THE GODDAMN FIRST SERIES

No, I know Clannad is a very overrated ROMANCE anime, and I'm asking what the most overrated overall anime is.

I've never thought any anime to be over rated though when I watched a few episodes of Clannad my idea of what the show was in my head from hearing peoples receptions was different than it actually was and I didn't enjoy it.
The show that I would over rate my self is Full Metal Alchemist because I feel there is nothing wrong with the show except with there being two version of the story and I think it's impossible to accept them both.

Brotherhood was better because it had a better ending. With the first series, it had an ending, but it sort of left out a bunch of plot holes. Overall, I treat both series with equal respect.
And, believe it or not, I like the dub better because with Ed and Al's voice (at least for the first series), they use male voices...However, with Brotherhood, they change Al's VA because the first VA's voice got a lot deeper, so they really couldn't use him.

^Clannad: Beaten like a dead horse, but not as must as Naruto or Bleach BY FAR
K-On!: Butchered. My biggest peeve from it: Everyone praises Mio like she's a saint...IMO: Yui is far superior.

I never said either one was bad. I just meant that with Brotherhood I can't enjoy them both. I enjoyed the 1st series but I'm not sure if I'd still enjoy it after watching Brotherhood.
What ire there was no hate I said I loved a series that I overate it myself you said you love the series too there was no hate no need to be a bitch about it.

Definitely K-on. I'm sick and tired of hearing how people could possibly say it's the best anime in existence. Their very words put shame to anime and the very sweat and blood that was given to the real deals to the trash can.
I never liked it in the first place. Hell, i even when to watch it to prove my point, and returned with a face so bitter with regret that i actually had to do such a thing. A scar in my history really.

I can't really say which is the most overrated series, because they are
all overrated to some degree, some more than others. That's one of the reasons I haven't voted.

I wouldn't say K-On is a bad series, it's just...confusing as to why it would be popular. It's kind of like the new Lucky Star: EVERYONE'S talking about it

Never disliked K-On...(because i liked their VA cast and the delicious eyebrows of Mugi) but the best anime?? Not acceptable... must be people who judge anime by appearance and shout "moe-moe" like theres no tomorrow...

I'm not hiding the fact that I love to read and watch animes and mangas but if people starts to rate animes by its charas and goes gonzo, there would be the time that others will start to lump us to these people:

I'd have to go with Naruto, though Bleach is pretty close.
I don't mind people having there own opinions, but the problem with Naruto fans is that they don't try out other anime. They unfairly claim that Naruto is a masterpiece, which just drives me sick

Any of the three shonen giants; their manga versions are very good but the fillers ruin practically everything especially for Bleach
