I would find my first born baby falling into a frying pan more funny than the R+V anime, that's how un-funny and horrible that shit is.
The fact that you made it through all episodes of the first season and then actually started watching the second amazes me, but whatever, if you like then kewl.



And you made this brilliant deduction after watching only 17 episodes? You're not even past the first arc..
So no, 26-50 episodes wouldn't have been anywhere near enough, especially since the first "season" of Naruto have basically no padding or fillers.

Well... I've talked to alot of people and since I don't count everyone I talk to I'd say atleast 70%+ of the people that I actually talk anime with said that it was either "godly", "epic", "never gets old" or words along those lines.



In my opinion it all just got repetetive, the best thing about it was the fighting and that occured every 5 episodes I believe.

Lol, the fighting is non-stop in Naruto. Chunin exams is nonstop fighting, then Orochimaru attacks Konoha which results in nonstop fighting. You take a small break when Naruto and Jiraiya looks for Tsunade but then they fight orichimaru again. Sasuke retrieval arc is also nonstop fighting. Right after Sasuke retrieval, Naruto part 1 ends and Naruto Shippuden begins. Naruto Shippuden starts out with Naruto+Sakura vs Kakashi quickly moving on to the Sasori mission, followed by the second sasuke retrieval arc. Things finally slow down abit with some more training mixed with the other teams hunting the Akatsuki. After that long arc you have the Pain arc which is again fighting followed by the 4th Great Ninja War which is the biggest scale of fighting of the shounen trinity.

And you say Naruto doesn't have fighting.

They need to watch more stuff or they're just idiots, but even if it was "godly" then you wouldn't know since you gave up after just 17 episodes, which is equivalent to me turning off Lord of the Rings after 20 minutes saying the entire series is a load of shit.



I haven't watched Naruto for ages (or around 6 years to be somewhat exact), so you'll have to remind me what it is that gets repetitive after just 17 episodes.

I used to love the show, now that I think about it, there were wayyyyyy too many plot holes, inconsistent behavior, random turning points and worst of all, a WTF IS THIS ending.

Now that i think about it, the only reason why i loved the show was because of clamp's epic design for the characters.

In terms of the poll if anyone really does love Pokemon I'd probably start there. That series was alright for the first couple seasons. But the problem is that ever since then not much changed. Build up a group, get stronger, and for some inexplicable reason dump the entire team to become weak again. Wasn't the protagonist supposed to be doing something like becoming a pokemon master?

Personally I have to go with One Piece. I just do not see the appeal of pirates with super powers at all.

I actually prefer action anime that no element of romance. like shakugan no shana, fate / stay night etc .. but seen from the stories I prefer naruto and one piece. tell from their childhood until the present, truly epic!

I'd have to go with Madoka. I've watched a few episodes, but I really don't see what's so special about it.

I can see why people would think Evangelion is overrated. For me personally I think is Top 3 of all time, a masterpiece in every since of the word. But its an acquired taste. You'll either love it or you wont, theirs not a lot of middle ground. So when people called it overrated, I don't get offended.

the only overrated anime in that list was One Piece, its the only anime I really do not like and I love the fact the fans struggle to find another good about it...i mean i got 4 friends who are huge fans and they all say the same "Ohh you have to give it time to get going...like say 40 episodes"

I am sorry to all you One Piece fans, but if an anime takes 40 episodes to START enjoying it...ITS A FAIL!!!

I only watch anime that doesn't have a manga of it like Amagami.
But I do watch some good ones like Kill Me Baby and Mirai Nikki so yeah.

Naruto Shippuden, I watched Naruto back then when I was still a kid, but I've stopped since shippuden.

With the execption of the dragon ball series and fma, I haven't seen these animes in long time. So I can't really say anything about them, and I don't think that dragon ball and fma are overrated. The one anime that comes to mind right now is TTGL. My first impression of TTGL was that it was most freakin amazing anime ever. It was so awesome and so epic. After rewatching agian, it wasn't as great as how I thought it was. My first time watching it really blinded me from the fact that there isn't much depth to the anime.
