Ok I honostly don't know anything about this anime, but once I saw some screenshots of the first episode I definitely wanted to know more.
Apparently it is about an ordinary male high schooler, named Yuto, and a very attractive and unattainable female classmate, named Haruka. Anyways, Yuto bumps into Haruka at the library and finds out she is a big otaku and Yuto swears to not tell anyone this horrible secret of hers. 8)
That's all I know of at the moment. Oh yea, and there's a lot of fanservice! :D

Probably a title that has been overlooked by the more popular sequels. However, all that will change now that this thread has been started. :D
After all, with the term "otaku" in its synopsis, and a female one at that, how can fanservice not be present? :D again

the art/ character design are by shaa who created a one-shot manga called kohaku dogs. the story concept is similar to nogizaka, but from what i've read (the manga and some of the novel), of the two series i like the characters in kohaku more (though the main characters in kohaku are actually classmates of the characters in nogizaka). oh yeah kohaku has been released in the u.s. for some strange reason...

I had yet to realise the first ep was already subbed and ready to be downloaded, been looking forward to this ever since it was first posted in the summer anime thread, because anything with a central Otaku character is worth watching!

A little light on the fanservice to me, maybe I just blocked it out due to my already highly tolerant mind gained from watching Kanokon.

After 2 episodes, Haruka is my number one of this season. Her manga version is even more cute :)

Are you guys just watching the raw for ep 2? Or has someone subbed it already and it just hasn't shown up on any of the major sites yet?

I watched raw(I don't know japanese), but one hour ago i found prerelease with subs at anirena.com. I think it's without QC and TC ,so have propably same spell mistakes. Still, i cannnot wait for proper release
