She dresses up like an Otaku, because she likes being an Otaku. But that doesn't mean that she will dress that way all the time.
Most people don't wear the same type of clothes to say, work, or church, as they do when they are at home or go to school. And most people usually style their hair or dress a little differently when they go out to say the bar scenes and such.
Let me repeat myself, Saori doesn't seem uncomfortable in those high-class clothes. She intentionally dresses as an '80s otaku. There's an odd discrepancy there. Not many people would consider dressing as a hippy or disco-style as being comfortable. That's not to say it isn't possible for Saori to be wear that outfit because it's comfortable, but it does seem unlikely to me.

The reasons you seem to have for calling her two-faced is NOT her character, but the way the author is revealing her character. Giving her a bit of a mysterious aspect to her. Try not to confuse that with her actual personality.
True enough, but that applies to any assumptions of personality in an on-going series. A single flashback later on in a series can make a person's opinion of a character do a 180.

The reason I find your assessment of her silly is because it has no purpose in their circle. Really, what would change about the situation if they knew Saori was some sort of noble lady or something.
I'm not sure why I have to make an assessment of her character specifically regarding her purpose in the "circle" in order to not be silly. I wasn't analyzing character dynamics or anything like that. I was analyzing Saori in a vacuum.
As a side note: Character assessments are by and large a bunch of nonsense precisely because they exist outside the context of the medium.

As for Kuroneko. She doesn't really have a personality switch. Do you call people who imagine themselves as a knight or something as suddenly a new personality? No. The only difference in personality she has is the one between say family, friends, and the person she likes. And EVERYONE has those differences. But it's not like it's an actual switch.
I suppose it's back to the "is NOT her character, but the way the author is revealing her character" thing again. And I think it has to do with perspective. Certainly you could consider it as another aspect in her personality, and by applying that concept to everyone, the conclusion is that no person is two-faced because the way they act is a part of their selves. My personal perspective is that it is a switch because the way she acts to towards Kyosuke there is decidedly different from how she was acting moments before.
