So reading RSE again I counted how many main characters died. (lol it seems there are definitely for sure, civilians that die in almost all the stories from some event.)
It seems 5 characters died but I'm not sure if Nagi was dead for sure, I think she was just almost dead.

I just looked on MangaFox, searching for both "Pokemon" and "Pocket Monsters" and came up with nothing. Should I try OneManga or is there somewhere else? I don't think OneManga has Adventures, just "Special" chapters.

I recommend reading mangatoshokan, less mistakes in order of pages. Mangafox keeps putting the pages in wrong order during the GSC and RSE series. They are also missing 5 chapters in FRLG.
Anyways caught up in DPP and it is really interesting. It is weird though how they are now making the manga seem more like the games starting from FRLG and in a way it kind of bugs me. Personally though I think my fav. artsyle will be from the earlier series though. I loved the old pikachu so much cuter and rounder with stubby legs.

Yah, I'm waiting for the old pokedex holder to come back, Blue T_T
and yes We need a make Natsume fanclub, she was awesome! Specially during the GSC series a fanservice(during when she was in the spring) and she kick Bugsy as in the Gym leader tournament!
