Woah excellent, definetily one of my fav animes thou the ending wasn't from the extremely best ones, but it was nice ending after all.

The show was good. The fighting was good. The last battle was kinda er...sad. Though I did like the part when Aldra used he spiky dick to attack. LOL. That part cracked me up. Overall, good show.

Now that the OVAs are done, the next step is more setup to Queen's Blade Rebellion! There will be two new OVAs coming out featuring Rebellion characters. The OVAs will be bundled with QBR artbooks.

A brand new season (if I am not wrong) of Queen's Blade has been announced, scheduled for airing in Spring 2012. This time round, it will feature brand new characters from the Rebellion series, so expect a lot more fanservice. :D
After some reading, Claudette has supposedly become the queen of the land, ruling with an ironfist, eradicting those who stand in her way. Annelotte (the new protagonist?) happens to be one such character who opposes Claudette, starting a rebel army, to challenge the latter's rule.
In addition, a promotional video, which can be found on the official anime website:
To tell the truth, Queen's Blade doesn't seem very popular among members of the Fakku forum, but having 3 seasons of anime should mean it has quite a large following in Japan... right?

Well, the third season for Queen's Blade has started... I think yesterday... I didn't like all those OVA's where they were teaching you poses and exercises... I also hope they keep it uncensored, otherwise it could ruin the story.

Well, the extreme amount of fan service hasn't steered me away from the overall good plot this series had, unless it only applies to the random OVA's which has nothing to do with the main story, then its just fap material.
Just saw the first episode of Rebellion today and am curious with the new story and characters, looks decent for QB's standards so far, so I will be looking for more from this series in time.

i assume ya mean the 6 Highschool QB ova's? iirc there are about 16 ova's all together... 6 of the "QB/Gaynos Highschool" ones 2 training ones with Shigi and the Combat master Alleyne and the 8 other ova's where Annelotte meets the Combat master Shigi meets Ymir and the other 6 that take place after the end of series 2, like where Tomoe has he sights blinded by the swamp witch and Nanael turns into a dark angel for a while.
tbh i agree the animation for the fight scene between the mecha-elf(forgot her name) and Elina was pretty kewl. I'd like to see what happened to Nowa after she leaves the Alleyene on the way back from the tournament.
I only got to see like 5 of the highschool OVA's, apparently it seems I must have missed out on some goodies, so I'm going to look around for the ones I didn't see, thanks for filling me on this.
The elf-robot's name is Bante, btw, and yeah, the fight with Elina was good. Also hope to see some of the old characters other than Ymir appear soon, I miss Tomoe.
