Infinite Stratos: IS, Love the anime, ending was sorta like a cliffhanger...wish they can elaborate more without pushing it(some questions where unanswered) To be honest I rather want them to reopen this anime than Strike Witches(Love fan-service as the next guy but SERIOUSLY?!)But that's a different topic all together

The ending of the Durarara!! anime was confusing and chaotic, and it didn't really tie up any loose ends whatsoever, but the manga is still ongoing, so I guess I can let that slide.
I also agree with the ending to FLCL, both the anime and manga ended on a pretty depressing note.
Then there's also Neon Genesis Evangelion's infamous ending, although they seem to be kind of rectifying it with Rebuild.
Every other anime I've watched and manga I've read has had a satisfying ending though.
EDIT: Remembered another one.
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagan's ending, though good, frustrated me a bit. After all the BS they go through, Simon at least deserved to have Nia at the end. It almost seemed like Gainax made it sad just to be sad, without any real reason or foreshadowing.

The only ending I despise are those that make no logical sense to whatever information was given & the rules of what was possible in the story itself.
So far the only ending(that Ive seen) thats done just that is Death Note.

I am satisfied with Ikoku Meiro no Croisée's ending, but it looks like it could use a 2nd season to develop a vanilla relationship with Claude and Yune~. But then again, that might be a waste of time and money to do so.

Durarara: why did it end so soon!? there are like 10+ novels, same with baccano, which ended way too soon too!

i hated how angel beats ended, since at the end there is a lot of questions and things unfinishedIn contrary, I liked it aswell, as did many, many others. It was an fulfilling ending for such an awesome series.
