[Locked] Should Anime Be Produced Only After Manga is Completed?

New japanese law says that a manga can only be made into an anime after it has been completed or have gotten at least 200 chapters.

The text above is only my dream.

I didn't want to do this thread because i don't want to get the anime fans angry but, when i saw a new chapter of IS(Infinite Stratos)ín mangareader.net My rage that i held in for so long just exploded!

Reasons why i want that law:

1.Some mangas gets dropped once they have been made to an anime like- My little syster can't be this cute.

2.Anime has alot of fillers(it wasted alot of my time, back then(2010) I didn't know what fillers was,I thoght that everthing that happened in the anime happened to the manga too) and some have anime has anime ONLY character in them.(unfair)

3.Some mangas gets rarely updated, because their animes is either way further on or is already completed. Like Accel World or IS.

4.Animes have sex scenes that didn't even happen at the manga. Like Highschool of The dead.

1. It hasn't been drop. Plus based on a multi book LN.

2. Filters are there because the manga or LN don't have shit to create ep with... that why you should wait until there enough story to go by.

Also, I'm sure Japan would never pass this law by any means because of the economic incentive companies have to release Manga and Anime at the same time so that can maximize profits.

No, there are some great manga that don't need 200 chapters and deserve an anime.

Also the animes that you've mentioned there OP (IS and Ore Imouto, I haven't watched Accel World btw), is based on Light Novel, not MANGA.

1. Ore no Imouto was originally a Light Novel. On top of that, the manga is still on going. Please provide another example.

2a. Even if the manga had over 200 chapters, they'd still probably put in filler as the animation would eventually catch up.

4. HOTD didn't have sex scenes, but what's wrong with having sex scenes in an ecchi anime?
