And you don't even understand how the industry works. Waiting a manga to be completed is not how the anime industry works. It tries to get more revenue when the story of the manga is at it's peak. And by doing so, it will also raise the manga's popularity, so curios people will start buying the volumes and the manga magazines.

200 chapters maybe not, but there should be enough room to make sure the anime doesn't fucking fail to produce aka HotD or filters to the yin yang aka all the mainstream shows like tarduo and bleech.
