Seifuku - Literally mean Sailor Uniform or the traditional School Girl uniform with the sailor shirt and skirt. But it's not always just a sailor uniform but it has to have a certain form. It has to have a short skirt and a top that resembles the original form of the sailor uniform.

That made me laugh for obvious reasons due to the resemblance to 怖ã„/æã„ (scary), which is written with just one i by the way.
You have to be careful, if you mispronounce kawaii when trying to compliment your coworker's new born baby or his little girl, you can hurt someones feelings.

Kawaii (cute) -> Kawaisou (pitiful)

There is also Sugei which is the supposedly the same as Sugoi. I can't remember what kind of person says this or if it's just like saying 'iya' instead of 'iee'.

It's a bit of a slang, really. Mostly used by teenagers and thugs.
This also applies to other words:
dekai -> dekee
janai -> janee
Fans of Bleach should be familiar with it, I think Ichigo tends to do that a lot.
