They are resurrecting a lot of old anime this season... Other than afroman...


Queen's Blade <- MUST SEE ... i wouldn't see the old ones because the animation was too old and i couldn't make it past the first episode without wanting to shoot myself in the head and watching my brain splatter into the air milliseconds before i had died...

As of now, Akikan!, Asu no Yoichi and Queen's Blade will be on my must-watch list, since all of them are highly likely to have ecchi fanservice themes included. :D

and before i forget, the other girl...will be portrayed by none other than Mizuki Nana! It's a rare opportunity to see (or hear) this two to in a single anime, together!

This isn't the first time they have done an anime together... They have done quite a few actually...

One of which is dragonaut... Coincidentally... the only character i liked in that anime was Sieglind who was voiced by Nana Mizuki...

If there is one anime I'm waiting for it's Kurokami the manga was so damn awesome it makes me want to see the anime and it's being done by Sunrise so it should be awesome also it comes out the same month around my birthday.

Just out of curiosity, will it be a re-do that actually follows the manga.
Or some kind of weird second season that picks up after the movie?

I think they might just ignore the manga all together and write up a story in the same universe but with different characters...

A post movie season...

OR...

They might pretend the movie never happened and continue pre movie...

Too soon for a redo? I don't think so. It'd be a great way to make money, and there is a lot of material from the manga to use. And if it is a redo, following the manga completely, then it will attract fans of the manga as well as fans of the original anime. Plus, the manga is so kickass that it deserves to be animated.

If they ignore the manga, they might write a new story with the characters, but they wouldn't just use the same universe and create new characters. It'd be the other way around - same characters and new universe. If that does happen, and it seems plausible, I won't be watching it. It'd just be a hollow attempt at making money off of something popular, and, as I just said, the manga deserves to be animated. Ignoring it would be inexcusable.

Spice and Wolf season 2 will kick ass and be an excellent addition to my external drive, but FMA? ...I just hope they don't fuck it up too bad. With my luck the godz of anime will forsake us and it will end up as a series that will make Code Trainwreck look like one of the best anime of all time in comparison. I seem to get the short end of the stick whenever there is something I really hope will be good and worthwhile. -_-'
