Damn someone already said it but I'll say it again, Holo (that's how you spell it) from Spice & Wolf. Mostly because she's one of the few anime characters that feels like they could be a real person. And of course Kyonko from Haruhi(sorta), hey Kyon is great, Kyon as a cute girl is awesome.
