Basically any Yandere girl. Like Mutsuki Koharu from Koharu no HibiSir, I must high five you. Yandere girls are amazing.
However, If I could date an anime character, it would either be Rei Ayanami, because Rei is amazing; or Makoto Kusanagi from GitS. (It also seems that I have a thing for cute, quiet, and shy girls)
