Ecchi tends to give me the "OH! MY GOD! ARGH!!! ASGWUTRFGJKXJK!!" feeling as i jump around in circles with my chair after pausing the vid.
However, the sad reality remains that most Ecchi anime do not survive till the end of the anime for me.

didntt like so much of ecchi animes, mostly of them lack plot, and i find ecchi humour rather bored, especially after tons of fan service animes invaded the market, waste of time to see so i normally drop it after 1-2 episodes and just skip-see the whole series in less then 10 minute to see if there is any twist or w/e i should be see-ing.

Normal manga/anime and there's only so few panty shots. It leaves you wanting to see their breasts.

I don't really watch many ecchi animes, though the few ones I watched actually had a plot which made it enjoyable.
Basically when I do watch them it's for the eye candy, just as long as there is a plot to keep it moving.

I see ecchi and hentai as two different things. I like both obviously, but ecchi animes have a storyline even if it's mediocre. Hentai is just all about sex, sex 5 minutes into the video, 10 minutes after that more sex and 3 minutes after that, sex again!
Hentai; no one watches it for the story line. People just skip to the sex parts.
Also, most ecchi animes are comedy. Then again, what anime doesn't have some sort of ecchi in it?

That's not true in my case. I do want some sort of storyline, but nothing complicated...you know? I want to understand what's going on and why the main character would want to have sex with one/many girls.

I'll do both. I start to watch a hentai for what it is. If I find it interesting I'll watch it through, and if not I'll just skip to the sex scenes.
