I didn't expect much once I saw the name "Maximum the Hormone" It fits, but I believe there were better choices out there.
Worst OP's for me is usually those 18+VN's made into a small anime series, I like listening to OP's and ED's but those are usually skip. Then again they don't have the money to have pop singers on their op's.
