People pay for this. When a chapter is ready for the reader it should be ready as part of the final complete download as well. What? Do you sit on an incomplete for weeks until all chapters are complete release before you start preparing them for direct download? Why? The fuck sense does that make? It's as if you're pulling these dates out of your ass. It's no wonder you're rarely punctual.
This company has zero professionalism. No standards whatsoever. You can't even keep up with and make good on the dates and times you yourselves set. You fools are constantly spouting bullshit and empty promises. Stop. You clearly can't manage to run an actual business. You'll always have the small group of sycophants that will eat up whatever you serve like a starving child, but for fuck sakes get it together. This isn't a fan site anymore. Have some pride. Respect your customers.
When this site was just a place people could upload and share free Hentai Manga and Doujinshi it didn't matter if releases weren't perfect or on time. We weren't asked to actually pay for anything. It's only through the fanbase you built through offering free shit that you're even in this position to begin with. Stop taking advantage of them and do what's expected of a company by releasing your products on time. Don't apologize. Don't make excuses. Just do it.
I'm really wondering how many people are actually upset about this. I totally understand what you're saying, that customers shouldn't have to put up with nonsense. And I agree, I can't even imagine any reasonable excuse for being so late. But if you come from the real world you should understand that shit happens. Delays are a part of everyday life. I don't really think we're in a position to judge any particular staff member. We can argue that the company as a whole is not operating very well. But I don't think we're at the point where we need to grab pitchforks yet. Has it really gotten that bad already? I'm not ready to judge Fakku until some really shady shit happens and people are actually getting screwed.

My view on it is if I was ordering something off of a site with a pre-established business plan, which has been doing business for a while then yeah I expect good service. They already have their foot in the door and have been through the ringer so to expect any less is ridiculous.
From something like this or other small/starting up businesses, I am a bit more lax because it isn't easy to start up something like this. I wouldn't say I'm happy to hear something I've put money into is delayed, but as long as I know why it is delayed then I'm fine to wait for the product. Another reason I couldn't complain is because of the product itself; seriously it is porn and it was not expensive. Yes I know that you want good service for anything you buy, but I'll be more upset if the stethoscope I bought for work was pushed back versus a porn book. Just a matter of priority really.
In the end we've received information on why there are delays and Jake + the team have been very kind about all of this. All you can really say is "were doing our best and I/we apologize". If the product wasn't going to be released we would have gotten our money back already. Besides that some of the issues wasn't there fault, I mean you going to go swim out into the frickin ocean to go and stear a cargo ship to port and wave your Hairy Potter wand to get everything through customs? The time this all happened was just bad luck/timing.
I have to say in the end the product was worth the wait, you can see how much love and detail went into it and I'll definitely buy more in due time. Believe me, this is nothing from the shit I've gotten from some previous online purchases elsewhere so I can't complain. May get impatient, but cannot complain.
