The only problem I have with these releases is with the prices. If you buy Punikano in Japan, the book will cost you 1080 yen which is the equivalent $10.80, whereas it costs us $19.99 here, quite a considerable difference I'd say... Although, I guess it is reasonable, considering the amount of editing and effort it takes to produce these. Especially the physical copies.
I'd say it's pretty normal for manga in the west. It's a little more expensive, but you're getting a manga that's adult rated and uncensored, not to mention the high quality jacket that you don't typically get with other manga.
If it's any consolation, it took me much longer than Renai Sample to edit. I had many more graphic sfx to handle, and much more hand written text over difficult patterns that I had to manually recreate. We put a LOT of love in this book and I hope it shows.
