That's not true, I've seen some pics of Caucasian people cosplaying quite nicely for many anime characters, though I don't have any on hand.

Onto topic, men can cosplay pretty well, just not those fatass fuglies who ruin it for everyone. (Girls seem to do a better job at cosplaying... maybe because more care and thinking been put into it?)

That and most chicks(from what I have seen) that Cosplay are hot to begin with, and add in the otaku/fanboy drawn to the characters that people have that is amplified somewhat in my book.
