I do not see the subscriber achievement on your profile, but if you really have actually paid for it, you should try to contact Jacob directly at jacob@fakku.net and sort things out, he usually seems to take care of such problems quite quickly.

Hi first time poster on the forums, but this update has forced me to share my opinion. Been a loyal fan of fakku for bout 5 years, I've subscribed because I really enjoyed the free content and the additional subscriber manga, i also wanted to support a really user friendly website. Alas with the copyrighted stuff out and almost 70% of all your content has been deleted i'm afraid i will be cancelling me subscription. Your subscriber only content is pretty good, but it comes too slowly for my liking also, the reason i like reading hentai is because there is some stuff that cant happen in real porno, which is the stuff i like NTR-Monstergirl-futanari etc. You have some of this stuff in the subscriber content but its not enough for me, mostly you cater to people who like the vanilla stuff which is fine but there is not enough content for me to satisfied. Also some of artists that i really like and follow cant be seen here now i will have to go to some other mediocre site to see if they have anything new.

I really hope you choose to revert your decision, i understand you are trying to make a legit business but why would i be here if there is more content somewhere else and for free? If you do choose to get back your content i will return with the subscription but as of now i don't see any point in staying.Maybe in a year i might get it the subscription for a month and read through all the new stuff but being continuous now i simply see it as a waste of money.

EDIT: I read some other content saying that fakku needs my support if it is to stay afloat, to make the content i want but, but from a consumer point of view why would i keep/stay with something im not satisfied with.You want to make this a business,but i have no emotional or sentimental ties with this site, You provided a superior service with content i enjoyed. Now you fail to do so so i shall i take my business elsewhere.If netflix hulu or crunchyroll suddenly lost all their content and but still asked you to pay for the content they have in hopes maybe later they will have something better later why would i pay for.Maybe a bad analogy but i hope you get the jist.

Quite understandable. Hopefully you'll feel the service is worth paying for again once Fakku will get more magazines to publish and therefore also more releases per day. The recent poll about what the users would like to see more of had monster girls and futa in the top positions, so if Jacob takes this into consideration, there will hopefully be more of what you like here in future as well.

I don't understand why people kept using the excuse of not being able to pay for subscription to bash fakku. Hentai manga is a luxury and entertainment. If you don't have even 10 bucks for food, why are you trying to get access to porn? I mean there are people in backwater country that don't even have internet. Why can you pay for internet but not 13 bucks for porn? You all know that NOTHING IN THIS WORLD IS FREE, right? Food, water, paper, cars, gasoline and everything essential came from somewhere and associated with a cost because there are people who work hard to male them available to us. Same as hentai, there are hundred and thousands of people working everyday to bring you porn and now you don't want to pay for it because you are so entitled to something you did not even own to begin with. Even the doujinshi that was scanlated and translated before in fakku were bought by people who were generous enough to share them. Stop thinking that hentai is free. Anime and manga aren't free either. Even food is not free, much less entertainment luxury such as hentai.

I've been a constant visitor of Fakku since it's early days and a member as of more recently. One of the things I enjoyed a lot about the service was the variety of content and groups that were able to put their work up for others to enjoy. I loved the wide library that Fakku grew to become and that I could trust that certain doujinshi would always be there.

A few months back I started my subscription so that I could continue to enjoy the same content as before but also help support the site alongside the physical+digital actual book purchases. I've always admired the work that you and the development team put into the site and felt it would be a good investment not only as a source of enjoyment but also to support a community I've been apart of.

When I visited Fakku the day the unlicensed content was removed, I was deeply saddened. Content that had been there for months and years that I enjoyed reading had seemingly disappeared out of thin air and I began to panic before I ran across the forum post. Some content that I had known for years is now forgotten to me as I did not write down their names and I feel lost trying to recollect those titles.

I don't think negatively of you or Fakku for making this decision, because as a business owner myself I know the difficulties that came to mind while dealing with the unlicensed content, however at the same time, there are many other ways it could have been handled. Unlicensed content could have continued to be accessible on the service (or even moved to a secondary sister-service, while still supporting Fakku) and provide better tools for publishing companies or artists to request takedowns and content management. Not all artists will always think negatively of their work being shared with the English community as it brings awareness of their work and in some cases could bring revenue to them indirectly. I remember many times I would find an artist I enjoyed through "unlicensed content" and proceed to search for them, find their site or publishing company, and then consider actually buying their work or at least following them on social media.

I'll be honest; I will continue to support Fakku by purchasing books and continuing my subscription because I want to support you and the great site you had created and as a friend. However, I just want to make it clear that from a customer point of view, you made for a very sad one. :'(

Fakku has become a legit site. They are no longer pirate site. So all the free stuffs should be gone because nobody own them except the authors, publishers, and the fans who bought the hard copy. The free stuffs that were posted on fakku were scanslated from somewhere so if you miss them feel free to find them somewhere else. Fakku has become a legit site has more pros than cons: high quality scan, uncensored content, and no dmca. I don't know why people would miss the older content seeing as they do not generate money for the authors, they aren't high quality scan, they are Engrish and censored.

People whined about how Japanese publishers don't have the means to distribute contents fast enough so they have to pirate, yet when we finally have it, they complained about the price. It's not about the price, it's mainly because people don't want to pay because they think they are entitled to those "free stuffs" just like Healthcare and Welfare and forgot that those came from tax money.

Believe me, when this change first occurred, despite noticing the messages beforehand, I was pretty much in the same boat as you were previously in. It caught me off guard, and I wanted to make a post about how outraged I was at the decision.

All things aside, there may be more promising circumstances/situations that will allow easier or more welcoming access for customers to enter into FAKKU, but until they can secure their foundation, there isn't much wiggle room to work with at the moment.
