On another note, hope everything will be resolved without issues for H-manga hosting websites and translation groups. In the end, however, all this means is that I have to torrent or DDL my H-manga if I really want to read it.

In case you didn't scroll up on this page it seems the only ones blocked are ones associated with Wanimagazine. So it seems to be a safety precaution so Fakku doesn't get shut down.

I can see where you're coming from. Having h-manga uploaded for all to read for free can also serve as free advertising for artists, for consumers across the pond that wouldn't normally have access to the content and can support the artist by buying their works if they enjoy it. But most don't since they're getting it for free. From a business standpoint if I was running a business I wouldn't like people reading my content for free, either.

Fakku has demonstrated in the past that it abides by copyright laws, at least to the extent that it won't host Licensed content. And it abides by that loli ban because the company helping to fund the site required it, not because it's against any laws.


As for Fakku's server host and cost to keep it running, I can't comment on that because I'unno.

I suppose it doesn't surprise me that Sameda Koban's "Hyperballad" was removed (since the story was originally published in Kairakuten BEAST and the Monmon Animal Farm tankoubon was also published by Wani Magazine), but several uploads after the post regarding TLLP's death were Wani Magazine stuff and they're still up, still visible. That inconsistency feels silly.

Curious how he mentions Nakata Modem. He hasn't worked with Wani in two years and two months, he is steadily releasing on Comic Masyo and his latest book -the one YQII was working on by the way- was published by SANWA COMICS. That, and the fact Doreporu and Leopard are the same exact thing: Leopard is the artist, Doreporu the doujin circle he works in.
