[Locked] FAKKU Subscription Questions

I support this as a option.

i want to be a fakku subscriber but when i tried always i see some errors

So does the subscription last until the end of the month or last the full 30 days?

Someone gets it on 9/19/15, will it end on 10/19/15 or just end when October starts?

Full month. Pay on the 25th end the next 25th. February will be a short sub. Or your second choice.

It says your renewal date on the FAKKU Gold page in your account settings, it's every month based on the day you subscribed.

I was literally bursting with joy as I read these jolly news and baffled, if not amazed by the low subscription fee! (Those pesky magazines does not come cheaply and these ones are already translated, descensored and immensly easier to come by, not to forget that they become instantly available after purchase!)
I cannot stress enough, how grateful I am for this service and as always the great communication between the FAKKU administration board and the community! (Will have to postpone purchase until tomorrow as the servers needed a well deserved rest at the moment!) :>

#? Here's a quicky at the end of my first post ever; Will the subscription feature eventually remove those not-so-quirky-adds that keeps popping up and is the only thing that can truly ruin the slippery slope adventure that is a visit to the FAKKU site? #?
(The adds are a nightmare on IPad and IOS, they are easier to handle on PC even with adblock off; as the adds has been an important source of income I've choosen not to have it active whilst browsing the site on my heavy-duty-box!)

Is there a way to filter the main page so the "Fakku Subscription" tagged hentai don't appear? As a free user, it's kinda bothersome having to scroll past all these chapters trying to find something you can read.

Yeah, same as others on this thread. Paid, "Your subscription is now active" and nothing. That was 4 hours ago.

Waiting for a fix or a stealth edit I guess.

Hmm, signed up. Seems fair to me for the price. I still hope in the future we can download the chapters since I prefer local content.

Making me cry here guys. 12.95 is a lot for me not to have every shiwasu no okina release already. I'm just saying...

Ah. FAKKU Subscription - What have I gotten myself into?

Was bored yesterday, decided to do my "weekly" routine of logging into FAKKU and look at what new contents are there. Saw the "FAKKU Subscription" link near the top of the page. Decided to sleep on the $12.95 subscription price, just to wake up 7 hours after the subscription opens and subscribed myself in. Without reading any of the forum threads beforehand. *laughs*

For me, $12.95 is a fair price - Admittedly a niche content if compared to the likes of Netflix/Crunchyroll/some-other-video/audio-streaming-site-I-have-never-bothered-to-subscribe-to, but if this promises high quality content with premium offerings (uncensored being, to me, a premium offering), then I have zero qualms working an extra part time day in McD just to pay off my monthly subscription to FAKKU. Fortunately I do have a job. And a good paying one too.

I am so proud to see where the entirety of FAKKU is today. I recalled discovering this site as I was studying during my university days. Created an account, only to lurk for 5 years. Jacob, you came a long way - Would you had imagine FAKKU to be where is was during inception? For me, I never did. I believe I will be a long time subscriber as long as good quality contents flow in, or if my future spouse doesn't mind me looking up hentai every once a while. The latter probably... A challenge.

C: Would be nice if the contents are, eventually at a time - if possible at all, made downloadable. I understand the issue with piracy on the internet, but being able to maintain a set of contents offline would definitely help during times of need when internet is scarcest.

FAKKU books are a compilation of an author's work. They won't get removed, the difference between the magazine chapters and book chapters are that all the book SFXs are translated while only a couple are translated in the magazine chapters.

I'm happy to hear your excited! It really is an incredible opportunity for all of us to get closer to the artists. And to answer your question, yes the subscription removes all advertisements from the website, every single one. You have the option to turn them on or off, and it defaults to off once your subscription starts.

This is actually a really good question, and one I don't have a definitive answer for right now. But I give you credit for being the first person in this thread to make that connection (it's something I've been thinking about as well).

Sometimes when an artist releases a book they will go back and redraw a lot of the artwork to make it look nicer (this actually happens a lot). As an example if you look at Second Wife and compare the magazine/book, when the book was released the artist completely changed the outfit of the yandere girl and give her striped stockings. The artist also chose to remove all of the magazine title art for each chapter and swapped to more consistent title art for the book. So book chapters and magazine chapters can change pretty drastically (which is a good thing in this situation).

So this will probably be something we decide once it becomes an issue, specifically once we are releasing a book that has a chapter from a magazine that is already on the website. This is also something the artist will have a say in as well, so they might just want it one way or the other. That said, I expect (and this could change) that we will leave the magazine chapter untouched and available to subscribers, and then if you want to purchase the book you can get the updated version along with the download links.
