I'm going to in January, once my current contract ends. I've had so many problems with mine and their customer service is poor.

hmmmm,too many things to do to change the ISP,also cannot find another provider which provide a cheap connection with a better signal~
wired Internet connection probably good,but place I'm staying at right now is not a permanent house,so until I find the right place I'll keep using my old ISP~

Changing ISP isn't too difficult, since they do that for you.
