Are you turned on by ecchi?

I'm not. I can't seem to get excited over panchira, bath scenes, or clothes-tearing scenes. There has to be a certain mood before I feel like that at all, kinda like the characters have to be turned on before I can be. How about you guys, could you get off to an Ikki Tousen episode(example)?
