The reason broccoli taste's bad to you is either because your overcooking it, or because you could possibly be a supertaster (meaning your taste buds are a lot more sensitive bitter, sweet, fats, and salts.) Their is actually a test you can take with like strips of paper and dependent on the way it tastes whether it's bitter or sweet or no flavor will tell you if you're a supertaster or a nontaster.

i don't think it's overcooking it, because i've had it a few times where the taste wasn't so bad, but regardless of how it's done, i honestly can't get myself to like it.

and i've never heard of supertasters. sounds intense. i need to check that shit out.
