First of all, about time I'm not really sure. Why? Because it depends on when I wake up.

Remember guys, this re-adopting round is special, so even if you put family name the last then I'll fix it.

But starting first round, I won't check it whether you put it first or not.

If someone can clarify that you don't put family name first, and he/she want to adopt that loli, then he/she can.

This family name first rule is only for Japanese name, more info in the fifth rule

So, you essentially put their last name first?

Family name first for characters with Japanese name (that means this rule won't affect characters with foreign name like Lelouch vi Britannia or Ilyasviel von Einzbern)

Could you give me an example, please, of a Japanese name? I think I know how to put the names, but not entirely sure, as some put their first name first.
