I don't pay attention on the modem's speed (nor do I check using SpeedTest or something), but my highest download speed ever recorded was 90kB/s when not yet hitting FUP. Otherwise it'll go round 10-30kB/s.(while using torrent cuz I never use DDL anymore due to the bad connection). Sorry if this is not what you asked...

As for me, I was FUP'd in the first day of the month which, if you would look at it in any logical way, was impossible to have occurred. It was definitely a system-generated error, so we tried to call for customer support a few times but they are just saying the same bullshit every now and then. It still have not been fixed up until now. We got fed up with it, so we subscribed for a more reasonable ISP which has a daily cap of 7 GB instead of a monthly cap of 50 GB.
