child molester?!

Spoiler:so during the ride home in a public transport I saw this old guy probably 30+ish got inside the bus with a girl about 11 or 12 (or a late bloomer, really short 15-16 tops) year old girl they chose the middle part of the bus and for some reason the girl sat on the lap of the guy. (the bus was quite full but there were vacant seats in the front) during the trip of course some got off so the girl sat beside him when some people got on again she again sat on the man's lap on the last part of the ride there were lesser people so the girl was again beside the man, then the guy suddenly kissed(?)the girl on her nape. and she reacted like she was irritated. (IDK if it was really a kiss or a whisper but it really did look intimate) the man got off first then the girl on the next stop TL DR I think I witnessed something bad
