[align=justify][color=green][font=verdana]Well, inspiration comes after you write for a while. First, I get an idea, and then after a while, more ideas and leads begin to flow. But, in all actuality, as long as you keep the readers engrossed in what you have to say, you don't really need to push the boat too much. If you have a good idea, but can't convey it very well, people won't be engrossed in it. So, in my eyes, technical ability is of far more importance than a good idea.
You don't need a good idea to make a great story, you can just write about Toilets and Farts and create a masterpiece if you had the skills. Many authors had good ideas but their stories kinda leaves me unimpressed because of they way they develops it lol~
