usually just bravely downed as it is, blown out and drank, or dumped into a cup of beer/juice/soda/nonalcoholic drink.
i had a few before in the dunked in beer style. the alcohol gets burned off a little so it's really not as strong as a normal shot would be.
looks really pretty on fire but i don't think it's all that special.

Anything that burns off the alcohol isn't welcome in my book.
