Use NMM or FOMM?

For me, I go with NMM since it doesn't have as many problems as FOMM installing mods but FOMM is good for the Load Order function.

If you don't have it already I say get the grenade hot key mod, it configures G key to switch to grenade. CalibreX is a good one as well, it basically loads into the game every single calibre imaginable with appropriate values which is good for modders making exotic weapons like Type 99 Arisaka or MG42(which are existent weapon mods btw). Aside from that, you're free for whatever you want.
