That be the PL-01 Direct Support Vehicle. Thing uses the infared armor developed by BAE Systems Inc. a few years ago and it was built up from the Swedish Stridsforon 90, which has been Poland's standard since the turn of the century.
IMO, the whole sleek design it's got looks pretty nice and makes it look like something out of Tom Clancy's End War. Certainly hope they're not planning on leaving the color scheme flat grey like the prototype. Being able to hide from optics is pretty good and all but you gotta also worry about being seen by the naked eye.

Reminds me of F-117 Nighthawk to be honest for some reasons.

I would say more like F-22 simply because BAE Systems also contributed to its development. Nighthawk also got so many sharp angles going on it, PL-01 bit more smoother vertices.
The PL-01 ain't gonna be an MBT though, from it's armament I'm assuming it's an infantry support vehicle. Though 105 and 120mm will penetrate some of them outdated armor that insurgents use.

Estimated to reach full production in 2018. Who knows what others may develop between then. I hope this doesn't get scrapped like many other stealth vehicle projects, was greatly disappointed when they scraped the RAH-66 Comanche.
Ace combat is fun. I'm a fan of MiGs and Sukhois though, tbh.

I prefer F-15 MTE. It just looks awesome. F-15 with Thrust vectoring.
In Ace Combat 4 you could mount an Fuel Air Bomb and QAAM missiles.
With FAB you pretty much nuke the target.

Ace Combat 3 was neutered in the west.
Japanese had a storyline. You choose where you go at the end of some missions.
Still
Ace Combat is good game.

Can it handle PCSX2 emulator?

Comp is an alright rig. I've been able to play PCSX2 without problem for most games.You can play ACe combat 4.
