Just prepping the veggies and other stuff. The actual cooks did the cooking but we take rounds being their assistants. African food is interesting but I bet I'll get sick of it by the end of the week.

We've reached our monthly quota so the Somalis ain't letting us through until next month. Until then we're on 'stand-by' which is just a formal way of saying 'can't do jack shit because of political crap'

Nah, I don't take notes from the chef. Their ingredients are rather funky, including their bread.
Don't use the subway, my main mode of transport(civvie) is my Kawasaki Z1000. Good bike, had it for almost a year and a half now though only used it for a year since I've been over in Africa since last year. I'd certainly hope they're not referring to hair, I like mine.
@Data, nah we aren't here for any offensive. My main duty is to escort humanitarian convoys heading for remote settlements in the Ogaden region. It's just the veil of secrecy that Somalia/Ethiopia have put over the region that makes this whole situation BS.
