What the what
Look up in nutritional label in foods "carbohydrates". I was a fatty as a kid, now I'm normal weight, that's why I'm always thinking about anything weight-related. Don't wanna be fat ever again.
Calories are more important.
Both are.
An icecream sandwich has 32 carbs and 400 calories. A person should take normally 1500 calories. Now think of the people who eat the entire box in a sitting.
A handful of doritos or chips are 200 calories and 30 carbs. It's only a handful. Now think of the people who eat the entire XL bag for themselves.
Now, a snack of a sandwich with 2 slices of bread (80 calories and 14-20 carbs per slice), a slice of cheese (30-90 calories) and a slice of ham (30-90 calories) totals around 230 calories at most. Add a juice and you have 300-350 calories and 30-40 carbs total and a sense of fullness.
Which do you think is healthier? I'm currently making sure to not take more than 150 carbs a day and no less than 1000 calories. So far I'm good.
