Well... I did work 20hrs of over time these past 2 weeks.... but half of it wasn't an option. We're just short staffed right now....
I usually say yes enough times to stay on bosses good sides.

They "claim" its cuz I am a good worker and they value my effort and work, but that's just garbage from Manager Talk 101. It's prob just cuz they know I have no life, so they can just throw me in a new shift and know that it won't effect my life.

Well at least you got... Umm... Pay rise...? Do it right, you're probably gonna be entrusted with an even bigger work right? See it in a positive light~

But... I'm not sure if you should talk about these kind of things with me tho since I'm just a student.... You're much older and experienced about these kind of things... Wait, why am I called "Onee-sama" to begin with....?

Nope no pay raise, cuz I am still the same position, just on a different shift...
Maybe after I am done working that shift and return to normal, I can use that to my advantage and convince them to give me a raise.
I haven't been promoted or anything and I wanna avoid that right now, having a "title" just means they can take advantage of me and I "can't" say no. All the overtime I did was by choice. Had I been a "titled" employee, I'd be unable to refuse the overtime.
Can't see it positively, yet....

I make my own signatures. But yeah, it's generally seen as a good idea to have your waifu claimed in the actual game before having them in the signature, even if there's no rule that would forbid you from doing so.

Then let me tell you this~ do that without complaining, without showing your dislike about the job and the shift, they will think highly of you... If you only do that with a lot of complaining and without motivation, it will only become the reverse.... They would think you're not responsible enough for a higher position.
