but 240 is expensive for a SSD install and os re-install.

You pay for the work time as well.

Intsall windows couple of minutes press button and than you leave it alone for about 30 min

A minute or not, no one sane counts work time in units less that 30 minutes, if not even just hours. They want to live as well.

i would have paid the 40 to find out what is wrong
and than buy the SSD myself and do it
cheap SSD is about $50 usd.
would borrow someone PC to make windows 10 iso and run the install myself
$90 usd instead of 240 $240 uds
if the was reasonable around $150 i can understand, that is over priced.
it is a simple ob i can understand if they charge more if it a pc that is hard to get into and the ones where the HDD bay are hidden aways and require more things to come off to access the bay.

Depends on the size of the SSD as well, we don't quite know how big it was. But yeah, always cheaper to do it yourself.

$50 usd was for a cheap 250gb

i remember when i bought my 1st SSD
£120 for 250gb Samsung evo
and for £150 you get a Samsung evo 500gb

cost way more than it should have....
