Malta isn't quite as bad as Israel's winning song was, actually has its moments, but I feel that it as well gets its projected success from the same combination of the song's topic and the "unconventional" singer. Meanwhile Estonia with a similar theme but a better song gets left our because it doesn't fit the same narrative.
Was never too fond of Destiny's Child. I mean, not too fond of Serbia either. Never liked the random Spanish words even when it actually made sense to use them, like for Ricky Martin, for example...
