Those are some high quality avatars. I do recall hearing about an 86 anime and I guess it's airing now. If this were a game of "would you steal the avatar" I think 99% of yours are "yes" for me.

As the page says, they're all free to use, although I would not really use those made for other people.

As for 86, it's only "airing now" if you're waiting for Kantai-Subs. Otherwise already done, but we do have a second season coming. The avatar itself is from the original LN series, though.
