As the page says, they're all free to use, although I would not really use those made for other people.As for 86, it's only "airing now" if you're waiting for Kantai-Subs. Otherwise already done, but we do have a second season coming. The avatar itself is from the original LN series, though.
I was just looking at the wikipedia page. Was that already colored? Doesn't look like a typical cover scene and not many things are colored except for a spread page in LNs.
Don't worry, I'll just stare at the avatars cause they're pretty. I'm not giving up Kendo Sita. Apparently Sword Girls is back too (I had to google my avi to remember the name and saw a random result about it...)

I can handle them, although I'm not sure I do it quite correctly. Did better on my first try as that time there were instructions on the package.
