On the other hand, I walk around a lot, so it's not like I'm grossly obese or anything like that.

Also, better than abusing the bottle, especially since I like heavy stuff, like whiskey, rum or vodka.

My metabolism has slowed some, but sort of happy to have that happen since I was nothing but skin and bones growing up (it was really high).
