Well the sonorans puts mayo on hotdogs and i do add it in sopa, but pizza is isn't a mayo delivery system. Now i do eat fries in mayo or gravy since ketchup is meh. Now that new non corn syrup ketchup i buy is pretty good on my hashbrowns and country potatoes. Also what's wrong with onion and butter on pierogi? Hell nuclear sauce is better than sour cream or mayo on polish pot stickers.
It's a hot hot hot vinegar hot sauce. Think if Tabasco fucked sriracha with a reaper pepper jizz. Takes a year to fermented it but damn good. I grow all three peppers myself but it commonly just a mix of tabasco and sriracha sauce with vinegar and some powerful chile sauce.
I like ketchup and onions on my hotdogs, but sour cream is my choice for perogies, and potatoes. The only hot sauces I let into my house these days are Hoy Fong Foods Sriracha sauce, and Taco Bell hot sauce. Btw, never try that Kim Lee Sriracha mayo, it tastes like a spicy Japanese kewpie mayo, yuck!
