Most of the people want to be able to buy whatever gun they want if they want it.
But the counterarguement is that, that equals more gun deaths.

But against that is, that if we make guns illegal, then the only people who have guns will be the criminals.

It sure does but I think I understand it now. I think it should be strictly regulated. Why don't they just rent guns rather than buying it? Guns cannot be illegalized but there is what we so call the "illegal possession of fire-arms". But even if it is bought in a legal way they would still use it for something disgraceful. People just need to have some self-control and they should be warned more about it.
