I just upgraded my internet, here are the results :P

Eh, I only really care if I get lag in games or not.

If I get it fast enough so I can get sub-100 ping I'm pretty much set.

ISPs stop throttling when you check ur internet speed, and after yer done checking on websites like those, they turn throttling back on.
