Fixed the link. Also, can't list any horror movies that are strictly about crazy people and don't have any magic or supernatural shit to them, but hopefully you can enjoy these all the same.
Films
-The Talented Mr. Ripley (Not so much Horror, but it does get very psychological)
-V/H/S and V/H/S/2 are very good Horror Anthology movies. Having a diverse array of Horror genres.
Video Games
-Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem (Involves magic, ghosts, Gods, and a two thousand year old ancient mystical cult, but relies mainly on the deteriorating mental states of all the protagonists involved), Good luck getting a copy though.
-Manhunt 1 & 2 are much more easy to get a hold of if you live in the US, and do involve a lot of crazies and horror archetypes. Particularly the second one.

I been watching the simpsons 535 ep marathon on FXX. I wonder something since the channel has no SAP aka no mud people spanish... does bumble bee man speak english since everyone else speak spanish?
