Hmm back, Isle 4, Shelf 6, 10th book from the right, Pull the Tab, open the chest that leads to a hidden stairwell, down the stairs pull the 3rd torch, turn around and lift up the exposed step, pull out a key continue down 3 steps, then tap the right wall 4 times and a keyhole will appear, use the key, then the wall to your left will open and will reveal the book.
