So, mibu. Have you played Gust's other RPG franchise? The Atelier series? If so, what do you think of it?

Atelier Iris 3. Average story, nice gameplay. Conclusion: Iris is cute. Edge is a tsun.

Mana Khemia 2: Uh, nothing worth remembering.

Disgaea: Refer to MK2.

Soul Nomad: Pretty weird story, strange but nice gameplay. Gig is badass. Revya is broken as hell thanks to him.

I forgot if there are others. Must be even more boring than Disgaea and MK if I fail to even remember the titles.

Ummmm...mibu? Gust only ever did the Atelier, Mana Khemia and AT series. NIS America only handled publishing in America (publishing in Japan for Gust's games were handled by Banpresto). Disgaea and Soul Nomad, however, were all by NIS themselves. Nothing from Gust. >_>

But yeah, I can understand why some people would group these RPGs together. Also, damn straight Gig was a badass. One of Yuri Lowenthal's few roles I never get tired of, even after knowing he voices Ben Tennyson from Ben 10: Alien Force onwards.

Atelier Iris 3 is nowhere near as good as Ar tonelico 2, and several hours into Atelier Rorona made me want to call AtQ Ar tonelico 3 again. It suddenly seemed godly when I compare it with the Atelier series, and not its prequels.

Also. I never plays with Eng voice. The girls make me cringe. Eww.

The exam talk made me remember an event from days ago.

B: This damn AutoCAD. I need it for my research but I can't figure out how to make it work.
A: Uhh. You do know I haven't used that at all right? Never seen others use it either, never read on it, my knowledge about it is nil.
B: Oh? Well no worries, it's you anyway. Just give it a wing. I know you'll figure it out.
A: What's with that queer unbased trust?

So we discussed the thing he needs to do... 2 hours later.

A: Okay, so basically all you need to do is draw them in the order I told you. Make sure you follow the steps exactly and the measurements too.
B: You sure you haven't done anything with AutoCAD before?
A: Uh, yeah. You saw how I learned the whole thing during our discussion.
B: Sometimes I wonder why are you stuck at 3 pointer instead of acing every damn thing...
A: I thought you know the answer to that.
B: A mixture of not paying attention to absolutely anything except those that you're interested in and winging it at the very last minute.
A: Eternal boredom, so to say.
B: Now I'm sure you're so stupidly intelligent.

So yeah. My motivation issues are serious.

I doubt I'll ever change the dumpster part. And anyway, 'daughter' and 'dumpster' are just too different. -.-
