An awesome fish. It's chewy and sweet, when you bite it, you can somehow feel the flesh throbbing. If it's not overcooked ofc.

I mean normally wouldn't something throbbing turn a person away from the food? I have wanted to try eel for a long time now. I keep being told I would enjoy a lot.. but truth be told, I have no idea where I can get it from. I don't live on the coast.

It's not so bad that it actually moves lol. It's just how lively the taste is.

Pure bliss. Even light grilling without much seasoning is awesome.
