fyi i choose Sakuya!

Sakuya isn't that strong in the begining but when hits her final EX form, She rapes any one by then... Ice/Steel Type is pretty powerful, P Square is your main attack with Sakuya, from lvl 20+. Get a Medicine, in Route 2? I think, Or w/e the place is before you fight your Rival for the 2nd Time. Their weak at the start but once you get her a few more moves, i.e. Sludge, Razor Leaf, She makes a good partner.
Catch every new Touhoumon you see btw. Makes getting the National Dex a whole lot easier, so always be stocked with a few pokeballs.

And Look up the Touhoudex for more on the Touhoumonm gives movesets and everything. cept maybe what each move does.
