Unofficial:
Numbering in Poke'dex is wrong
Moves sometimes come under different names
Gym Leader have different teams
Some TM's are removed
Touhoumon Locations may differ (e.g. Flandre can be found in Safari Zone or Mokou can be found in Pokemon Mansion)

Official
Numbering in the Pokedex is Correct
All moves including added ones are correct (Tip: Make sure you test each move just to make sure it does what it says on the description, cause it can be different. e.g. EX Sakuya learns Mind's Eye at lvl50~60 but it doesn't guarantee a hit on next move, instead it Sharply increases Attack Power. So always check or you might regret it later.)
Gym Leaders have the Correct types and Teams.
All items are available.

aw makes me want the official, also i looked at the wiki and it say "___" learns "____" move at "_" lvl and for my version its doesn't match up, i take it in official it does?

actually in Touhou i liked everyone, never didn't like any character they're all great plus i am not good at remembering that many names, but i did prefer any brunette over any other of the girls
